Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To initiate a return please send us an email at alphagenperformance@hotmail.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be unworn/unwashed and original tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items with human/animal hair, or that smell of smoke, cologne, or deodorant. No returns allowed on sale/clearance items.
